Short version: this site collects as little as it can. Analytics to see what works, and the details you type in when you book a call. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising.
Who runs this site
Jovan Zatezalo, an individual based in Belgrade, Serbia. For anything about your data, email jovan@zatezalo.dev.
What is collected
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4).Pages you visit, where you came from (for example a link on X), rough location, device and browser, and clicks on buttons like "Book a GTM Teardown". Analytics cookies are only set if you click "accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics still gets anonymous, cookieless signals (consent mode) with no identifier tied to you.
- Bookings (Cal.com). When you book a GTM Teardown: your name, email, website, what you sell, your monthly ad spend range and what you want fixed. The call itself runs on Google Meet.
- Email. If you email me, your address and whatever you write.
Why
- Analytics: to see which pages and channels work, so I can improve the site. Legal basis: your consent for cookies, legitimate interest for cookieless measurement.
- Bookings and email: to prepare for and run the call you asked for, and to follow up. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
Who processes it
Google (Analytics, Calendar, Meet, Workspace email), Cal.com (scheduling) and Vercel (hosting). Some of them process data outside your country, including the US, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
- Analytics: up to 14 months, then deleted by Google Analytics.
- Booking details and emails: as long as we are talking or working together, and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email jovan@zatezalo.dev and I will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).
Change your cookie choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Internal tools
I use a private tool ("jz-os") that reads analytics for my own accounts: this site, my YouTube channel and my X account. It only reads data I own, keeps it on my own machines, and does not access anyone else's account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
